About the role

We're looking for a RevOps Systems Analyst to help build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This isn't a traditional Salesforce admin role. We're building a GTM tech stack where AI is a first-class citizen, automations are genuinely intelligent, and our CRM is a living system that reflects how our business actually works. You'll function as a Salesforce admin and backend developer in one.

In this role, you will

• Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
• Build and maintain automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services that power our GTM processes end to end.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows.
• Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting across the org.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope, from stakeholder conversation to implemented solution.

Requirements

• Salesforce administration and development experience (Flows, Apex).
• Experience building integrations and custom services.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity, AI-first environment.
