Job Summary
As the SVP of Professional Services, you will join a group of hands-on executives to drive the growth and operational excellence of Toptal. Your mindset will be that of an engineer who will work to solve operational problems through the lens of an engineer, not as a consultant or operational leader.
Responsibilities
- Work to construct frameworks and problem solve in ways that push the limits of what's possible in technology and talent acquisition
- Solve problems at scale with a builder's mindset
- Build and lead the full-scale execution of Toptal's professional services including all Delivery and Practice areas
- Own complete responsibility for the strategy of Toptal's service lines including Technology Services, Management Consulting, and Marketing Agency
