IEM is seeking a Sustainability Program Analyst to support the execution and growth of our sustainability and ESG initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in sustainability within a manufacturing environment.
Working closely with the Director of Sustainability and cross-functional teams, this role will contribute to sustainability data management, reporting, and program coordination. The Analyst will help translate sustainability goals into actionable initiatives, support emissions tracking (Scope 1, 2, and 3), and assist with regulatory and customer-driven ESG requirements.
This position offers hands-on exposure to sustainability strategy, data systems, and operational initiatives in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Initiative Support
- Support the coordination and execution of sustainability programs and initiatives.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and KPIs across multiple initiatives.
- Help maintain documentation such as program plans, trackers, and status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, supply chain, finance) to support project execution.
Sustainability Data & Analysis
- Collect, validate, and manage sustainability data, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
- Assist in maintaining greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories aligned with the GHG Protocol.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support development of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Sustainability Operations Support
- Partner with internal teams to support initiatives related to:
- Energy efficiency and facility emissions
- Waste and water management
- Supply chain sustainability
