Role Description
As the Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team. Working together with the SCM and market teams you will be on point to project manage initiatives supporting successful deployment and continuous improvement of operations and systems driving supply chain operations. This role will coordinate a ground up operation that will be a critical part of achieving our current operational and future growth goals. While working together with numerous cross functional teams fostering accountability and maintaining an open culture of giving and receiving feedback will be essential.

The role also lends to working with numerous business teams in a fast paced environment.
In this role, you'll:
- SCM project intake, prioritization, tracking
- Maintain SCM playbook to ensure critical items are prioritized, resourced and scheduled
- Develop a monitoring program that provides a method to track procedural adherence, correct exceptions, and adapt the program as needed.
- Lead SOP development to drive consistent, quality processes
- Own business continuity SOPs and quarterly test plans
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years experience both working with inventory control and working in Program Management.
- 5 years of experience with supply chain principles.
- 5 years of experience with SAP (SaaS) and IMS software.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time domestically.
It's preferred if you have:
- 10 years of experience working with supply chain and Program Management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include managing through influence, communication and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns.
- Familiarity with telco inventory challenges and regulations.
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits.
