Supervisor Operations

Position Overview

This leadership role oversees a full-service team with multiple daily functions. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership foundation and be a self-starter who independently manages inventory levels and customer business requirements. This leader must emphasize high-quality work paired with efficient production while fostering sustainable employee engagement and maintaining a customer-centric mindset for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate employees through strong communication, timely feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
• Manage day-to-day business operations by monitoring inventory levels and forecasts to ensure adequate staffing meets customer SLA requirements
• Create a work environment where employees feel valued and engaged
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions and team meetings/huddles
• Work with leadership and Human Resources to address employee performance and behavior issues
• Track attendance and tardiness; provide progressive discipline as needed
• Develop and strengthen relationships with internal departments, customers, and third-party vendors
• Serve as a change-agent implementing process and organizational changes
• Engage in service recovery by addressing escalated customer issues
• Understand tasks and responsibilities of direct reports and assist weekly with Data Entry, Mailroom, and Evidence Package support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least two years of supervisor experience
• Startup or team-building experience is a plus
• Ability to develop and successfully engage with employees
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and work well with others
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
