Position Summary
Blackbird Health is seeking independently licensed therapists to support our patients over the Summer. This flexible seasonal opportunity is designed to support increased summer patient demand, with a focus on after-school, evening, and weekend virtual therapy availability.
As a Summer Therapist, you will provide evidence-based telehealth therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary pediatric behavioral health team.

Fully remote opportunities are available, with optional hybrid/on-site opportunities for clinicians interested in in-person care.

How You'll Make an Impact
Deliver High-Quality Therapy
Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2–26 using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to patient needs.
Support Family Engagement
Partner with families and caregivers to improve understanding, treatment engagement, and patient progress.
Drive Clinical Outcomes
Monitor patient progress toward goals and adjust treatment planning as clinically appropriate.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, intake providers, and administrative teams to support coordinated patient care.
Maintain Clinical Excellence
Complete timely documentation and maintain high clinical standards.
