About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy Director, Business Transformation who thinks in markets, not just methods. You will bring a genuine business strategy lens to how we pitch and what we deliver:
- Solve how a business should position itself and where to play
- Determine what to build next and why it will win
- Read market dynamics and identify where clients can create real leverage and differentiation
- Challenge the framing of a problem before work begins
