Role Overview
As a Strategic Success Manager in the Customer Success department, you will play a vital role in renewing and growing customer relationships. You will strategically manage customer accounts, focusing on long-term business goals, contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Ensure customers derive ongoing value from solutions and achieve continued success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic business engagements
- Manage impactful touchpoints including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and contract discussions
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver on customer expectations
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management
