About the Role
In this role, you will have responsibility for sales to new clients, where you will cultivate new prospects and opportunities, and account management, expanding reach and adoption with existing clients. You will assist throughout the full sales cycle, with an emphasis on lead generation, qualification, and closing.

Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and nurture leads at prospective law firms and legal departments within defined geographic regions.
- Identify new opportunities for growth at existing accounts.
- Thrive on setting goals and achieving individual sales quotas.
- Represent Syllo at conferences and trade shows and periodic meetings at client and prospective client offices.
- Qualify prospective clients who meet target customer profile.
- Articulate the value of Syllo's solutions and tailor presentations to specific client needs.
- Manage the sales process, including:
- Lead generation and qualification.
- Conducting product demonstrations and proposing solutions.
- Negotiating SOWs and agreements.
- Ensure progress on prospective transactions, e.g., circulating paperwork, conducting follow-ups, scheduling follow-up meetings.
- Identify and resolve impediments to deal completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the sales process.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline in HubSpot.
- Achieve KPIs surrounding lead generation, meeting setting, and sales.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account executive role
- 2+ years of experience selling eDiscovery software
- Familiarity with tracking sales progress in a CRM
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to resourcefully solve problems
- A strong understanding of the legal industry, particularly litigation workflows and challenges, a plus
- Qualified to work in and resident in the United States
- Able to work in a remote environment
Salary
Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 base, OTE $225,000 - $310,000 or higher depending on performance
