About the role
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary enablement lead for the Databricks and Snowflake strategic partnerships, establishing foundational strategies, governance processes, stakeholder relationships, and operating rhythms.
- Develop the long-term enablement vision for both partnerships and align learning initiatives with partnership growth and ecosystem adoption objectives.
- Identify and prioritize audiences across data engineering, analytics, machine learning, AI, architecture, technical leadership, sales, customer success, and business functions.
- Build trusted relationships with alliance leaders, partner executives, technical communities, enablement teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Create scalable, role-based learning pathways for data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, machine learning practitioners, architects, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Develop foundational workshops, technical bootcamps, champion programs, and repeatable learning frameworks supporting lakehouse, data platform, analytics, and AI use cases.
- Translate customer use cases and complex technical concepts into practical, accessible enablement content and learning experiences for technical and business audiences.
- Establish repeatable partner engagement motions that can scale as the partnerships and surrounding ecosystems grow.
- Build partner readiness programs and develop champion networks and internal advocates to increase adoption and engagement.
- Coordinate with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams to ensure enablement activities support broader business objectives.
- Gather partner feedback, monitor participation and readiness indicators, and continuously refine learning strategies based on engagement, feedback, and business impact.
- Establish long-term community engagement strategies that strengthen partner relationships and encourage sustained participation.
- Track program effectiveness through metrics such as training attendance, workshop participation, certifications, badges, engagement, reach, and readiness improvements.
- Provide internal leadership with visibility into partner priorities, enablement performance, ecosystem needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to stronger strategic partnerships, increased partner-led customer engagement, and partner-influenced business growth.
- 8+ years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, consulting, or a related enterprise technology field.
- Demonstrated experience building new programs, functions, or strategic initiatives in environments where processes and playbooks were not yet established.
- Direct experience with data platforms, lakehouse technologies, analytics ecosystems, or data-native partnerships such as Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to establish net-new partner programs and create structure, processes, and operating models from the ground up.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent early-stage strategic partnerships while maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment across each relationship.
- Experience designing and delivering enablement or learning programs for external partners, customer-facing teams, or enterprise technology audiences.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, lakehouse platforms, analytics workflows, AI ecosystems, enterprise software, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate technical concepts into relevant, accessible learning experiences.
- Proven experience influencing technical and business audiences without direct authority.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, consulting, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong program management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple stakeholder groups, and complex initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and measure readiness, engagement, participation, and overall program effectiveness.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect enablement initiatives with partnership objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Ability to travel and meet the physical requirements associated with the role, including regular sitting, standing, walking, driving, and occasional lifting of items up to 10 lbs.
- Annual salary range of $150,000–$165,000 USD.
