About the role

Accountabilities

    • Define and maintain the key metrics that provide a high-signal view of in-year business performance, developing reporting disciplines that encourage rapid action rather than relying solely on traditional dashboards.
    • Lead high-priority deep dives and intervention projects to diagnose risks, identify root causes, unblock critical goals, and remain engaged through execution until performance measurably improves.
    • Translate long-term strategic priorities into actionable operational plans, breaking ambiguous opportunities across product, risk, marketing, and other functions into structured workstreams.
    • Prepare clear, decision-oriented materials for senior executives, synthesizing complex data and unstructured signals into concise diagnoses, recommendations, and business implications.
    • Partner with Product, Corporate Strategy, and other cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions, identify execution gaps, and connect external market dynamics with internal performance.
    • Analyze customer usage patterns, business trends, financial data, and product signals to uncover opportunities and risks that may not be immediately visible.
    • Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and working sessions that create alignment, accelerate decisions, and drive meaningful action around business performance.
    • Develop creative solutions to complex business problems and influence the roadmaps and priorities of cross-functional teams.
    • Apply AI tools thoughtfully to improve analysis, decision-making, workflows, and operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of rigor and quality.
    • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic partner on complex and high-visibility business challenges.
    • Requirements

      • 12+ years of experience in product analytics, product strategy, strategic business performance, or similar roles within high-growth technology organizations.
      • Significant experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, GM-style, or business leadership roles where you owned a P&L, key business metric, or defined business outcome.
      • Demonstrated ability to use analytical insights to directly influence business growth, operational performance, or strategic outcomes.
      • Strong understanding of business models, customer behavior, product usage, and data-driven decision-making, with the curiosity to investigate signals and uncover non-obvious insights.
      • Strong product sense and sufficient technical understanding to grasp how software products are built, operated, and scaled.
      • Advanced analytical capabilities, including the ability to independently work with complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or comparable tools.
      • Experience navigating ambiguous, cross-functional challenges and leading high-stakes initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
      • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and translate them into practical recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences.
      • Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders and facilitate productive conversations that lead to decisions and measurable outcomes.
      • Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen decision-making without compromising quality.
      • Experience influencing cross-functional roadmaps and developing creative solutions to complex organizational or product challenges.
      • Familiarity with fintech, payments, financial products, or complex financial systems is advantageous but not required.
      • Strong understanding of how product releases, policy changes, and marketing initiatives can affect user experience and downstream operational or support outcomes.
      • Intellectual curiosity, strategic judgment, resilience, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments where problems are complex and priorities evolve.
      • Benefits

        • Annual U.S. base salary range of $212,300–$318,500, with the final range determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and career level.
        • Potential equity compensation and company bonus opportunities.
        • 401(k) retirement plan.
        • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
        • Wellness stipends and additional programs supporting employee well-being.
        • Flexible working arrangements, with office-assigned employees generally expected to spend at least 50% of their time each month in their local office or with users, depending on team and location.
        • Opportunities to work alongside experienced leaders and highly cross-functional teams on complex, high-impact business challenges.
        • An environment that values diverse perspectives, intellectual rigor, curiosity, integrity, and the willingness to challenge assumptions.
        • Encouragement to apply even when your career path does not perfectly match every listed qualification.
