What you will do
As a Strategic Account Manager at Lighthouse, you will ensure client success through outstanding service and a strong focus on long-term relationships. You’ll deliver white-glove support to our top-tier clients, proactively helping them to maximize the value of our products. Your goal will be to reduce churn, drive renewals, and expand our footprint across accounts. This strategic role blends data analysis, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to create unmatched customer experiences.
