Staff Technical Recruiter

About the Role

Skydio is looking for a Staff Technical Recruiter to help build the teams shaping the future of autonomous flight. You'll lead critical engineering searches, partner directly with company leaders, and play a key role in defining how we hire as we scale. This is a senior, hands-on recruiting role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to land top technical talent where it matters most.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Operate as a strategic recruiting partner to senior engineering leaders, influencing org design, headcount planning, and hiring strategy
• Own end-to-end talent strategy and execution for one or more of our core engineering orgs
• Build and calibrate high-performing, diverse talent pipelines for niche, competitive skill sets in emerging technology domains
• Drive executive-level recruiting engagements, from calibrations through close, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint

Work Arrangement

Hybrid model with teams in-office three days per week, based out of San Mateo, CA headquarters.
