As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Empower, you will drive business transformation through strategic project management, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with our hyper-growth goals. You will harness AI's capabilities to accelerate project delivery, enhance quality, and enable data-driven decision-making. Your role involves end-to-end ownership of projects within our regulated 503A/503B environment, demanding strategic thinking and execution rigor. You will lead cross-functional teams while fostering learning agility. By integrating AI, you will amplify impact, scale operations, and maintain compliance, positioning Empower at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Lead complex technology programs from planning through delivery, aligning objectives, dependencies, resources, and outcomes with business priorities. Apply AI enabled forecasting, prioritization, and workflow automation to improve delivery speed, quality, transparency, and decision making while ensuring compliance.
