Role Overview

Staff Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Integrations into a next-generation identity platform. Lead the transition from traditional passwords to a biometric-first, AI-governed authentication ecosystem, while maturing automated provisioning landscape through deep SCIM and protocol-level innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own combined strategy for SSO/JumpCloud GO, flagship phishing-resistant, passwordless login solution
• Manage comprehensive Integration Catalog
• Eliminate password fatigue via device-native biometrics (Apple Touch ID, Windows Hello)
• Pioneer governance of Agentic AI, treating autonomous AI agents as first-class digital identities
