Role Overview

The Staff Product Manager is responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and product requirements for AeroVect's Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Service. This role will ensure that the AGSE Service is capable, performant, and reliable enough to support the needs of AeroVect's customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Set direction for the product organization with purview spanning autonomous driving capabilities, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure
• Ensure every product decision for the AGSE Service is anchored in customer needs and commercial reality
• Directly engage with airline and airport customers to understand their needs
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and incorporate them into roadmaps
• Lead a team of Product Managers in defining and owning the roadmap for each product vertical
• Support multiple customers and business objectives
