The Role

This role is for a designer who gets better by building. You use real work to learn, refine, and raise the bar.

• Build working prototypes with AI tools and code
• Connect prototypes to real systems to help engineering move faster with higher quality
• Understand how AI systems behave with experience in prompting, evaluation, and feedback loops
• Analyze outputs and explain what went wrong, whether from prompts, data, or system
• Stay close to the field and follow new work in AI
