Lattice is a unified people platform - a full Talent Management suite covering performance reviews, engagement surveys, feedback, check-ins, goals, and career and compensation planning. Since 2016, the company has grown to support over 5,000 customers globally and is now building the next generation of their AI-native product suite.
The Design Team
The design team is a passionate group of approximately 13 people spanning Brand Design, Product Design, and Research. The team works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure holistic thinking and high quality experiences for customers.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is extremely comfortable with ambiguity and energized by it, and who is a demonstrated self-starter. You should push the tech stack forward rather than wait for one to be defined.
We're looking for builders who can:
- Prototype in code
- Push pixels in design
- Write documentation that aligns the team
- Flex across multiple roles when needed
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs to ensure focus on what matters most
