Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly experienced Staff Business Systems Analyst to join our team, focusing on optimizing and supporting our core Finance and Accounting systems, with primary emphasis on NetSuite ERP. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Procurement) and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and support Finance and Accounting systems
• Manage NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization
• Support critical financial processes including Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Ensure financial systems are efficient, scalable, and compliant
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise financial processes and systems
• Experience with complex ecosystem of financial applications including NetSuite
