Role Overview

The SRE Technical Project Manager will create and refine processes, work with site reliability engineering teams to cut through the noise to focus on the vital work improving system stability, resiliency, and scalability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Partner on project delivery with team managers and leads in prioritizing and driving strategic projects
• Facilitate incident and on-call management
• Own internal communication of uptime metrics
• Partner with SRE managers on lean and essential project creation and management
