About the role
Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, deployment, migration, operation, and maintenance of endpoint security and related cybersecurity technologies within a large enterprise environment.
- Serve as a cybersecurity subject-matter expert, advising customer stakeholders on cyber defense, threat identification, mitigation, and response strategies.
- Develop technical project plans, schedules, test plans, deployment plans, and migration strategies in collaboration with diverse customer teams.
- Support daily security solution deployments, operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze cybersecurity incidents and help develop and implement defensive capabilities and security solutions.
- Coordinate with customer success, technical support, professional services, and other internal teams to facilitate issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work across technical and organizational stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of security capabilities.
- Develop and maintain expertise in relevant cybersecurity products and technologies, including endpoint detection and response and intrusion prevention solutions.
- Contribute to the planning and evolution of enterprise security environments toward next-generation capabilities.
- 7–10 years of experience supporting technology deployment, operations, and maintenance in enterprise environments, preferably within large-scale cyber defense operations.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Minimum IAT Level II certification compliant with DoD 8570/8140 requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise network technology planning, deployment, user migration, and operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in cybersecurity operations, cybersecurity engineering, systems engineering, and/or Windows and Linux system administration.
- Experience with endpoint security and intrusion prevention technologies; familiarity with relevant commercial cybersecurity solutions is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of cyber threat identification, management, mitigation, incident analysis, and response strategies.
- Ability to develop technical expertise quickly and apply new cybersecurity technologies effectively.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in demanding operational environments.
- Experience supporting U.S. government or public-sector cybersecurity environments is advantageous.
