- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments where priorities, scope, and technical direction may evolve.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical decisions, tradeoffs, timelines, and risks.
- A practical, delivery-oriented mindset with a willingness to ship working software, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
- Experience with framing, structural analysis, CAD/CAM tooling, or related construction technology is highly desirable.
- Experience working across different technology stacks, such as C# or Python, with the ability and willingness to work with TypeScript and React.
- Genuine interest in homebuilding, construction, home design, or technology that can modernize the built environment is a plus.
- Competitive salary and significant equity participation within a fast-growing, well-funded company.
- Remote-first work environment, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
- Flexible working hours designed to support productivity while maintaining personal flexibility.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time U.S. employees.
