Sr Professional Services Consultant

Role Summary

The Senior Professional Services Consultant leads the delivery of mission-critical SD-WAN and advanced network implementations for enterprise and public sector customers. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in routing, switching, security, and SD-WAN technologies, with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex environments under pressure and within strict change windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex SD-WAN and network environments
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements and execute high-risk deployments
• Resolve escalations and guide customers through challenging technical situations
• Maintain high customer satisfaction during mission-critical implementations

Required Expertise

• Deep hands-on expertise in routing, switching, security, and SD-WAN technologies
• Ability to operate under pressure within strict change windows
• Experience with Extreme Fabric
• Experience in cleared or security-sensitive environments (strong plus)
