The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, MarTech to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for customer experience and marketing technology solutions built on the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, data, and technology. You will partner closely with marketing, analytics, engineering, and design teams to translate business goals into scalable, data-driven customer journeys and products.
Product Execution + Delivery (60%)
- Collaborate with internal Bounteous teams to lead Discovery workshops; demonstrate structured/effective methods for discovery and synthesize and quantify customer feedback
- Excel at writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and all supporting documentation
- Lead internal and external meetings, conduct refinement discussions, and serve as the product expert owning feature requirements
- Track, organize and document project strategy and requirements gathering sessions, driving projects forward
- Master managing scope and emergent requirements with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Identify and make decisions between impactful and urgent problems to solve with minimal or no guidance
- Understand technical and design trade-offs
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
