About The Role & Team
The Order Management team is responsible for turning booked deals into accurate, compliant revenue. As a Senior Order Management Analyst, you’ll operate as an individual contributor who owns complex order workflows, applies sound judgment to ambiguous deal structures, and improves systems through analysis and execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and RevOps to ensure speed, accuracy, and scalability across the quote-to-cash process.
As a Sr. Order Management Analyst, you will:
- Evaluate and process customer orders with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and downstream impact
- Apply structured thinking to complex and non-standard deal scenarios, identifying risks and resolution paths
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to resolve order issues efficiently and prevent repeat errors
- Analyze order data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Document and operationalize improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and throughput
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Demonstrated ability to decompose complex, ambiguous order scenarios into clear, executable solutions
- A data-driven mindset—you use trends, patterns, and root-cause analysis to guide decisions and improvements
- Sound judgment in fast-moving environments, including comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Monitor order fulfillment status and proactively communicate delays or issues to internal teams and customers.
- A continuous improvement mentality—you proactively identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process enhancements
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence Sales, Finance, and RevOps partners
At a minimum, you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce required; NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing accuracy, urgency, and business impact
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills—you know how to move fast without breaking things
Our values:
- Humility: We operate from a place of humility, take ownership of problems and successes, approach challenges with a growth mindset, and put our customers at the center of everything we do.
