Sr. Manager, Government Relations - Americas

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Government Relations professional to lead engagement across North and South America, with a primary focus on the United States and secondary support for Canada, Mexico, and select Latin American markets. This role is pivotal in shaping and advancing legislative and regulatory outcomes that align with business objectives and values across diverse policy environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and key stakeholders at federal and state levels
• Support engagement across the broader region
• Lead government relations strategies in the tech sector
• Work closely with internal partners across Legal, Trust & Safety, Product, and Communications
• Collaborate with global Government Relations and Policy team to ensure alignment and consistency across markets

Requirements

• Strong understanding of U.S. legislative and regulatory processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence policy outcomes
• Proven track record of executing government relations strategies in the tech sector
• Experience in Canada or Latin America is a plus but not required
