About this Position
G-P is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Sr. Manager, Demand Generation to own global always-on acquisition strategy and funnel performance across paid channels. This role will manage a team of two demand generation managers and oversee external agencies and vendors to drive efficient, scalable pipeline growth aligned to revenue objectives. This role requires strong channel expertise, operational rigor, and a data-driven approach to continuous optimization.
What You Will Do
- Strategy: Define and lead global acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and chat. Ensure programs are aligned to pipeline goals and priorities.
- Target Ownership: Own channel-level funnel targets for Direct Acquisition sales motion. Develop quarterly plans to achieve growth goals.
- Lead & Funnel Management: Monitor end-to-end funnel performance across acquisition channels. Identify funnel leaks and conversion gaps.
