About the role
Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Channel Strategy & Operations to join our team. This is a remote role, reporting to the Senior Director of Channel Operations in the Sales and Go-to-Market department. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Drive operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs for Global Partner Ecosystem Org
- Collaborate with channel sales leadership to drive strategic initiatives in alignment with global GTM and corporate strategy, setting, managing, and reporting relevant OKRs and KPIs
- Lead and coordinate EMEA channel sales GTM planning, including quota, territory, and headcount management, aligned with global initiatives
- Support alignment and partnership with the Senior Director of Sales Operations, driving global sales operations programs
- Provide data-driven insights to Sales Leadership and identify and manage operational and system/CRM productivity improvements to drive efficiency and capacity
