What You'll Do

• Write, review, and ship production code in a hands-on role
• Architect features across the full stack, primarily in TypeScript, alongside Ruby components
• Partner with product and design to translate supplier pain points into scalable solutions
• Help grow the Mexico pod: contribute to hiring, onboarding, and shaping team culture from day one
• Champion a high-velocity delivery culture with small iterations and continuous improvement
