Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Python, AWS & GenAI)

The Work:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of full-stack applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Design, develop, and optimize back-end services, APIs, and automation using Python and cloud-native patterns.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and visually polished user interfaces using React and modern front-end frameworks.
• Integrate and operationalize agentic AI workflows, GenAI tooling, and LLM-based systems into core platform capabilities.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across engineering teams, driving alignment and high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment by iterating quickly, experimenting with new technologies, and pushing innovation forward.

Here’s What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python for back-end development.
• Strong experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Experience building services and application layers with Node.js as part of a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack.
• Experience integrating agentic AI workflows, GenAI solutions, and LLM-driven systems.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering full-stack applications end-to-end.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and guide teams through rapid iteration.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
