Skills Required

• Have deep hands-on coding experience
• Can own features end-to-end
• Apply AI experience in development workflows
• Azure architecture, services, deployment
• Microservices, APIs, messaging
• DevOps GitHub, CI/CD, Terraform, CLI
• End-to-end ownership (gather - design - deploy)
• Involve as a BA
• Must have an understanding of AI coding tools including code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot–style tools) and AI-based debugging or generation tools
• Build MCP Server (Model Context Protocol)
• Understand RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Understand MS agent framework
• AI system design, not just basic prompts
