Sr Engineering Operations

About the Role

As an Sr. Engineering Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering department by focusing on key operational functions. You will be responsible for streamlining and automating processes, managing resources, and ensuring our engineering teams have the support they need to excel. This role is less focused on day-to-day project management and more on the underlying operations that enable engineering success. You will report to the Senior Manager Project Management Office and work closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition Integration: Facilitate the integration of acquired engineering teams and processes into existing operations. Coordinate the alignment of tools, systems, and workflows to ensure a smooth transition. Support communication and change management activities related to acquisitions.
