Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be leading the technical discussion with key prospects and customers, ensuring there's nothing stopping them from using Vanta to its fullest potential to support their security goals. You'll be an integral part of the Sales team, working both pre and post-sales to ensure technical fit and create innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with commercial prospects and customers
- Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
- Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the product team
- Drive rapid customer onboarding completion and adoption
- Collect customer references, case studies, and product feedback
Work Arrangement
This role is based from the London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
