Solutions Engineer - Public Safety - East North Central US

About the Role

Skydio is looking for seasoned Public Safety sUAS professionals to join our team of Solutions Engineers based in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Skydio's end-to-end solutions for public safety sUAS operations across a regional territory of State and local government agencies
• Work with Account Executives to secure customer contracts
• Conduct thorough discovery and capture customer feedback to guide product development
• Work cross-functionally to prepare Customer Success Plans

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience with Public Safety sUAS operations
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Strong understanding of Drone as First Responder (DFR) CONOPs
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with Drone as First Responder CONOPs
• Extensive product knowledge of public safety software solutions (CAD, VMS, etc.)
• Working knowledge of API integrations
