About the Role
Skydio is looking for seasoned Public Safety sUAS professionals to join our team of Solutions Engineers based in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Skydio's end-to-end solutions for public safety sUAS operations across a regional territory of State and local government agencies
- Work with Account Executives to secure customer contracts
- Conduct thorough discovery and capture customer feedback to guide product development
- Work cross-functionally to prepare Customer Success Plans
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience with Public Safety sUAS operations
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong understanding of Drone as First Responder (DFR) CONOPs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience with Drone as First Responder CONOPs
- Extensive product knowledge of public safety software solutions (CAD, VMS, etc.)
- Working knowledge of API integrations
