Role Overview

The Solutions Engineer operates as a strategic partner to Sales, jointly accountable for advancing and winning complex enterprise opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives to help shape deal strategy from early discovery through final decision, ensuring technical, operational, and business stakeholders align around a clear vision of value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical narrative of deals, translating customer challenges into strategic positioning
  • Qualify opportunities and identify decision drivers in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Position Aera's Decision Intelligence platform as a transformative capability rather than a point solution
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on complex enterprise opportunities
  • Work with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle from discovery to close
