Validation
Work directly with customers to evaluate solutions and ensure successful technical validation during POC phases.
Documentation
Support the creation of technical responses for RFI/RFP submissions, proposals, and solution documentation.
Product Expertise
Maintain expert-level knowledge across the Kaseya portfolio, including automation, security, backup, and endpoint management.
Internal Feedback
Act as the "voice of the customer" by providing field feedback to product and engineering teams to influence future strategy.
Required Qualifications
Trilingual Expertise
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required
to effectively support our diverse customer base across NAM and LATAM.
Proven Experience

OS Proficiency
Strong experience working in Windows environments, with a functional understanding of macOS and Linux.

Must be able to work
fully in-office
at our MedellÃn location.
