Solutions Engineer – Government & National Security - Germany

About the Role

Skydio is seeking a driven, results-oriented Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and implementation for government and national security customers. This role supports Ministries of Defense or equivalent organizations across Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, owning end-to-end technical engagement
• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept efforts, system demonstrations, validation, and fielded implementations
• Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer mission needs into successful Skydio deployments
• Operate in front of senior government stakeholders and alongside engineers and operators in field environments
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with government acquisition processes
• Experience delivering complex technical systems under contract
• Comfort operating in both executive and field environments
