Solutions Engineer – Government & National Security - Finland

About the Role

Skydio is seeking a driven, results-oriented Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and implementation for government and national security customers. This role supports Ministries of Defense or equivalent organizations across Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams
• Own end-to-end technical engagement including discovery, proof-of-concept efforts, system demonstrations, validation, and fielded implementations
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer mission needs into successful Skydio deployments
• Operate in front of senior government stakeholders and alongside engineers and operators in field environments
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Required Experience

• Strong familiarity with government acquisition processes
• Experience with delivery of complex technical systems under contract
• Ability to manage technical engagements with senior government stakeholders
