Role Overview
As an Expansion Solutions Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical voice, guiding customers toward clarity, feasibility, and alignment on end-to-end solutions. Working in partnership with Account Management and Customer Success teams, you'll provide technical expertise and custom-tailored solutions that ensure both renewals and increased product adoption.
You will serve as a bridge between product development and customers, delivering pointed and actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify and drive renewals and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers via engaging product demonstrations, trials, and communications
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Work Arrangement
Based from London or Dublin office with hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
