Role Overview

As a Commercial Solutions Engineer, you'll lead technical discussions with mid-market customers and key accounts alongside our Commercial Sales team. Your main goal is to ensure customers realize the fullest value with Vanta and achieve successful customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with mid-market customer base and VIP logos
  • Work side-by-side with the Commercial Sales team
  • Drive customer acquisition and accelerate revenue growth through strategic sales expertise and platform mastery
  • Create meaningful partnerships across Vanta through deep collaboration with Sales
  • Elevate discovery and articulate value throughout the sales process
  • Enable consistent, high-quality sales execution
  • Consult and create innovative solutions during pre-sales engagements
  • Ensure prospects understand the value of solutions from early engagement stages
  • Align capabilities to customer business priorities and demonstrate impact before purchase
