Responsibilities
Discovery & Solution Design
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals, workflows, challenges, and strategic initiatives
- Lead and participate in discovery sessions to identify business requirements and opportunities
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solution recommendations
- Develop solution strategies that align Cayuse capabilities with customer priorities
Product Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling and tailored demonstrations of Cayuse products and solutions.
- Customize demo environments to reflect customer use cases and business processes
- Present to diverse audiences including:
- Research Administrators
- Compliance Offices
- Sponsored Programs Offices
- IRB, IACUC, IBC, and COI Administrators
- Research Leadership
- Executive Stakeholders
- Articulate business value, operational efficiencies, compliance benefits, and ROI
Sales Partnership
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert during the sales cycle
- Participate in account planning activities including stakeholder mapping, competitive analysis, whitespace identification, and executive engagement strategies.
- Assist Account Executives in developing multi-threaded engagement plans within strategic accounts.
- Support strategic account planning and deal progression
- Assist with responses to RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and technical evaluations
- Participate in competitive positioning and objection handling
- Support customer expansion, modernization, and retention initiatives
Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain expertise across the Cayuse Research Suite
- Stay current on research administration trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
