We are seeking a Telecom Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical and business partner to our customers - understanding the requirements, aligning Wavelo’s solutions to their environments, and driving successful outcomes across the full engagement cycle. This role is designed to become a true trusted partner to customer business and IT groups. This role will participate in solution development, proposal generation and post-contract implementation.
In this role, you will work with Sales and account teams to create effective solutions for customers in the context of their specific environments, technical architectures and business objectives. Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams, Customer Success, Professional Services teams and Product Management to create customer specific solution proposals and support the sales and contracting process.
- Participate in customer facing discussions and presentations of the solution to instill confidence with the customer both in the proposed solution and in Wavelo’s ability to deliver.
- Remain engaged through implementation to adjust solution components as needed and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the delivery cycle.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners and other teams to inform and shape requirements, features for broader solutions.
- Participate in ongoing account “farming” for add-on opportunities.
- Champion customer needs across internal teams - including Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support - to continually represent and refine potential solutions.
- Provide Industry knowledge for how we can best position our products and services in a highly competitive marketplace.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Need to Have
- Broad knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS architectures and solutions including emerging trends such as Agentic AI and 5G monetization strategies.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and the ability to pair this knowledge with solid data and outstanding design to elegantly resolve problems.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
- Ability to lead, preferably with a consensus-based approach, and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
