Role Overview
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a trusted technical and business advisor partnering with customers to design, prototype, and deliver solutions on the Mapbox platform. This role combines technical depth with commercial acumen at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to position Mapbox's technical value and shape opportunities
- Work directly with customers and account teams to discover needs and design architectures
- Deliver solutions that turn data, mobility, and mapping into effective digital experiences and measurable business outcomes
Ideal Candidate
Successful candidates typically have a mix of software engineering, product management, solutions engineering, and technical consulting experience. Korean language proficiency required for this role.
