Solar Regional Manager (Operations & Maintenance)

Your Impact

The Regional Manager, Solar O&M will lead and oversee operations and maintenance performance across the Eastern region, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing regional teams, optimizing service delivery, and strengthening relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You’ll play a critical leadership role in scaling solar service offerings, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and aligning regional performance with company-wide goals.

Core Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Strategy

• Lead all Solar O&M operations across the Eastern region, ensuring performance, safety, and profitability targets are met
• Develop and execute regional strategies to grow service offerings and market presence
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to Field Operations Managers and regional teams

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and expansion opportunities
• Manage communication including incident reporting, performance reviews, and status meetings
• Resolve technical and commercial issues proactively

Operational Excellence

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality execution
• Monitor KPIs such as response time, repair time, and preventive maintenance completion
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements

Financial & Performance Management

• Manage regional P&L, including revenue, cost of services, and profitability
