About the Role

As an Engineering Manager/Sr. Engineering Manager, you will lead the SaaS & Asset platform team with a blend of AI and Device Management for the development team based in Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Build out features and drive architecture decisions
• Define best practices and enable product quality
• Guide engineering teams reporting to you to make things happen and excel
• Influence engineering practices in addition to product strategy and execution
• Use AI tools to maximize the potential of the team and yourself
• Play a key role in the success and development of engineering teams

• Technically enabled leader passionate about building great products
• Experience managing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of SaaS and device management principles
