Role Overview
As a Software Engineer at Phantom, you'll play a key role in building the systems that power trading experiences. You'll design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and services that bridge blockchain infrastructure and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and services for trading platforms
- Own features on web platforms and lead their implementation
- Implement and aggregate new trading protocols, aggregators, and trade types
- Experiment with new trading surfaces and user segments
- Lead initiatives to add support for additional blockchains to Phantom
- Launch new complementary products or infrastructure
- Interface directly with end-users and developers building on Phantom
- Support users and collect feedback to inform product direction
- Work with the team to foster a culture of raising the bar with each hire
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years full-time software engineering experience
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with trading systems
- English language proficiency
