Role Overview
CentralReach’s AI team operates as a cross-functional group that rapidly builds, validates, and scales product capabilities including bringing new products to market. The Software Engineer, Applications works in a rapid development manner from design to evaluation to production.
This role is hands-on and deeply engaged across the early stages of development of applications, from early prototypes and pilots through production hardening and scale. They partner closely with product builders, Product organization leaders and subject matter experts to translate customer problems into reliable features that integrate seamlessly with CentralReach’s core workflows. They follow established engineering standards for application development: evaluation and quality thresholds, observability, guardrails, and performance management. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, and the ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator and problem solver with a high intellectual curiosity and will thrive in a data-driven environment.
Key Accountabilities
Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence
- Serve as a lead for AI application development within the Product Organization, setting standards for code quality, architecture, and delivery
- Lead by doing design and implement core application components, critical services, and integration layers
- Establish quality thresholds and release criteria (accuracy, latency, reliability, cost, and user trust)
