About the Role
As a Software Engineer, AI Platform, you will be a founding member of the new AI Platform team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI at JumpCloud. You will build a core platform that allows every other team at JumpCloud to build smart, automated tools for customers.
You understand how AI works in the real world, including the unpredictability of LLMs. You enjoy building the systems that make them reliable and scalable, including memory, orchestration, evaluation loops, RAG, and MCP servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build core AI platform infrastructure
- Develop systems for memory, orchestration, and evaluation loops
- Implement RAG and MCP server solutions
- Shape technical direction of the AI platform team
- Help IT admins solve real-world problems with AI-powered tools
