The Team
The Navigation Native team builds the high-performance C++ engine that serves as the "brain" of Navigation SDKs. This library runs directly on end-user systems, powering everything from mobile apps to in-vehicle infotainment systems for partners like BMW, Porsche, and Zeekr.
Responsibilities
- Solve fundamental challenges of movement by transforming noisy GPS/IMU data into precise map-matching
- Manage complex road-network graphs and support routes and alternatives
- Track progress along a route and provide Electronic Horizon capabilities for ADAS
- Work at the edge, supporting location frequencies up to 10Hz
- Ensure seamless experience in challenging environments such as tunnels or dense urban canyons
