About the Role

The position of Soft Collection Officer is part of the Amiable Recovery department and involves calling delinquent clients and negotiating overdue amounts. We are looking nationwide for a colleague to join our department. If you want a flexible and 100% Remote job, you are invited to join us!

Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone and initiate recovery activities
• Report/Investigate fraud suspicions identified in daily activity
• Collaborate with all company departments to achieve individual objectives and solve cases encountered in recovery activity
• Negotiate short payment terms according to department strategy
• Manage the client portfolio under agreed credit conditions and limits
